An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Falcon. Top-ranked SISU faced 4th ranked Falcon. Guests from Copenhagen (5-0) defeated host Falcon (3-2) 66-52. The game was mostly controlled by SISU. Falcon managed to win third quarter 15-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. SISU forced 23 Falcon turnovers and outrebounded them 49-35 including a 23-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Camilla Blands (180-85, college: Alabama) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 13 points and 17 rebounds and swingman Katrine Dyszkant (183-86) who added 16 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. SISU's coach Hrannar Holm used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side forward Iben Soltau (186-86, college: St.Bonaventure) responded with 5 points and 16 rebounds and point guard Julie Kongeskov (177-83, college: Valdosta St.) scored 12 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists (made all of her eight free throws). SISU have an impressive five-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 5-0 record. Loser Falcon keeps the fourth place with two games lost. SISU will meet at home Horsens (#8) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Falcon will play against Aabyhoj (#7) and hope to secure a win.
