No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Gmunden Swans (2-3) defeated on the road 9th ranked UBSC Graz (1-3) 80-69. The winners were led by American forward George Valentine (203-88, college: Winthrop, agency: Blacktop Management) who scored that evening 17 points and 8 rebounds and forward Enis Murati (194-88) supported him with 20 points. Even 18 points and 7 assists by Slovenian guard Robert Abramovic (185-88, agency: Global Sports Plaza) did not help to save the game for UBSC Graz. Guard Steffen Leitgeb (190-90) added 13 points and 8 rebounds for lost side. Despite that victory Gmunden Swans went down to seventh position due to points difference. UBSC Graz at the other side keeps the ninth place with three games lost. Gmunden Swans' next round opponent will be higher ranked Kapfenberg Bulls (#5) at home and it may be quite challenging game.
