Everything went according to plan when Tekkekoy (1-1) defeated Yakin Dogu (1-1) in Samsun 78-71 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 1 point after three quarters before their 15-7 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Four Yakin Dogu players scored in double figures. Tekkekoy will face Mersin Univ. on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Yakin Dogu will play against Nigde Turk Telekom and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
