DBBL top team - Rhein Main Baskets (5-0) added another victory to their record on Sunday. This time they beat fifth ranked Osnabruck (3-2) in Langen 74-70. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Osnabruck. The hosts trailed by 19 points after first quarter, but they rallied back and won the game by 4 points. The best player for the winners was American forward Denise Beliveau (180-89, college: New Hampshire) who had a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds. International forward Svenja Greunke (188-89) chipped in 15 points and 8 rebounds. American guard Vanessa Abel (165-89, college: Duquesne) produced 19 points and the other American import swingman Kendall Rodriguez (183-91, college: Pacific) added 14 points and 8 rebounds respectively for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Osnabruck's coach Christian Kaiser rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
