The game in Zaporozhye was also quite interesting. BC Odesa (1-2) played at the court of Ferro-ZNTU (2-1). Ferro-ZNTU defeated BC Odesa 84-74 on Sunday. The hosts trailed by 5 points after three quarters before their 28-13 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Strangely BC Odesa outrebounded Ferro-ZNTU 40-27 including 27 on the defensive glass. Americans were the main players on the court also this time. The best player for the winners was guard Anthony Marshall (190-91, college: UNLV) who scored 21 points and 7 assists. Center LaRon Dendy (205-88, college: Middle Tenn.St., agency: David Lee services) chipped in 17 points and 8 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Justin Love (189-78, college: St.Louis) who recorded 21 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Terrell Everett (193-84, college: Oklahoma) added 13 points and 4 assists respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. BC Odesa's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Ferro-ZNTU will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. BC Odesa will play against BC Kyiv (#13) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
