Regular Season Round 3: Dynamo - Tim-Scuf 82-50

Dynamo (3-0) had no problems winning another game on Friday. This time they crushed Tim-Scuf (0-2) in Kyiv 82-50. The game without a history. Dynamo led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Tim-Scuf to just 7 points in second quarter. Dynamo dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Tim-Scuf's 28. Dynamo had a 32-21 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Tim-Scuf's players. 28 personal fouls committed by Tim-Scuf helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for American guard Nicole Michael (188-87, college: Syracuse, agency: Two Points) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 28 points and 17 rebounds. The former international forward Olena Ogorodnikova (186-81) contributed with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Center Miriam Uro-Nilie (190-94) answered with 24 points and 8 rebounds and Nataliya Skorbatyuk (183-95) added 3 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for Tim-Scuf. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Dynamo are looking forward to face Elizabeth-Basket in Kirovograd in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Tim-Scuf will play against Astana Tigers and hopes to get finally their first victory.
