Date: November 9, 2013
Very predictable result in Frankfurt where third ranked Telekom Bsk (7-1) outscored 11th ranked Deutsche Bank Skyliners (3-5) 89-67 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Telekom Bsk. Deutsche Bank Skyliners was better in fourth quarter 25-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Telekom Bsk dominated on the defensive end, holding Deutsche Bank Skyliners to just 7 points in third quarter. They shot the lights out from three sinking 13 long-distance shots on high 59.1 percentage. The best player for the winners was American guard Ryan Brooks (193-88, college: Temple, agency: Pro One Sports) who scored 19 points (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). Lithuanian guard Benas Veikalas (192-83, college: Metro St.) chipped in 18 points.
