The game between closely ranked teams ended with thirteenth ranked Nafta Univers.'s (3-7) road victory over bottom-ranked Olimpas (2-9) 80-73 on Friday. Olimpas trailed by 12 points after 3 quarters before a 27-22 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 73-80 at the end of the game. The best player for the winners was point guard Dominikas Matutis (180-91) who scored 18 points and 7 assists. Forward Antanas Montrimavicius (199-87) chipped in 18 points and 8 rebounds. Nafta Univers.'s coach Rytis Vaisvila used a ten-player rotation saving starting five for next games. Nafta Univers. will face higher ranked Vilnius-MRU (#10) at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
