Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both eighth ranked Wolfpack Wolfenbuettel and 10th ranked Hagen Phoenix had identical 3-4 record. But Hagen Phoenix was not able to use a home court advantage and lost to the opponent from Wolfenbuettel 57-49 on Saturday night. The guests trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 3-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 57-49. Wolfpack Wolfenbuettel (4-4) moved-up to fifth place in North, which they share with 3 other teams. Loser Hagen Phoenix dropped to the ninth position with five games lost. Wolfpack Wolfenbuettel will face Braunschweig (#8) at home in the next round. Hagen Phoenix will play against Lichterfelde and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
