Regular Season Round 10: Jena - Crailsheim 92-78

The most important game in the last round took place in Jena between third ranked Crailsheim Merlins (6-3) and fifth ranked Science City Jena (7-2) on Saturday night. Crailsheim Merlins were defeated by Science City Jena on the road 92-78. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Crailsheim Merlins. At the losing side naturalized American forward Jonathan Moore (203-82, college: N.C.Central) responded with 17 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and American power forward Stevie Johnson (198-78, college: Iowa St.) scored 17 points and 8 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Science City Jena have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place. Crailsheim Merlins at the other side keep the third position with three games lost. They share it with 5 other teams.
