Despite that victory EnBW Ludwigsburg went down to ninth position due to points difference, which they share with NY Phantoms and Fraport SKY. Loser Mitteldeutscher BC dropped to the twelfth place with seven games lost. EnBW Ludwigsburg will face TBB Trier (#12) at home in the next round. Mitteldeutscher BC will play against the league's leader Bayern Muenchen having rather not much hope for a victory.
