The most exciting game of round 6 in the NBL took place in Samokov. This derby game ended with only two-point home defeat of 7th ranked Rilski (2-3) to second ranked Euroins Cherno More (5-1) 80-78 on Saturday evening. Four Rilski players scored in double figures. Euroins Cherno More have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 5-1 record having just -1 point less than leader Lukoil Acad. Rilski lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the sixth place with three games lost. They share the position with Spartak Pleven. Euroins Cherno More will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Rilski will play on the road against Tundja Yambol (#5) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
