Everything went according to plan in Balikesir where fifth ranked Ankara DSI Era (7-3) beat 17th ranked Bandirma Kir. (2-8) 76-68 on Wednesday. Bandirma Kir. was trailing by 1 point at halftime but managed to get 2-point lead after three quarters before a 22-12 charge of Ankara DSI Era, which allowed them to win the game. Swingman Hakan Erol (200-83, agency: Ali Guney BA) scored 18 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and forward Mustafa Gorur (204-88, agency: 1x1 Sports) chipped in 19 points and 11 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side swingman Mert Gizir (193-94) responded with 21 points and Ahmet Cantitiz (193-92) scored 14 points. Four Bandirma Kir. players scored in double figures.
