DBBL round 10 most important game was a victory of Rhein Main Baskets over one of their biggest challengers Herner TC 92-88 on Saturday night. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Herner TC. The guests trailed by 10 points at the halftime before their 33-14 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. Rhein Main Baskets shot 60.8 percent from the field and had 25 for 35 from the free-throw line, while Herner TC only scored nine points from the stripe. 26 personal fouls committed by Herner TC helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Herner TC's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Rhein Main Baskets (6-4) moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Marburg. Herner TC at the other side dropped to the sixth position with five games lost. Rhein Main Baskets is looking forward to face higher ranked ChemCats Chemnitz (#3) at home in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Herner TC will play against Osnabruck and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
