DBBL top team - TSV 1880 Wasserburg (9-1) had no problems winning another game. This time they beat seventh ranked TV Saarlouis Royals (4-6) 72-55. The game without a history. TSV 1880 Wasserburg led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 16-of-19 charity shots (84.2 percent) during the game. TSV 1880 Wasserburg forced 20 TV Saarlouis Royals turnovers. They brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. TSV 1880 Wasserburg will play against league's second-placed SV Halle Lions at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. TV Saarlouis Royals will play against Don Bosco Bamberg (#12) and hope to get back on the winning track.
