Everything could happen in Ankara at the game between two tied teams. Both eleventh ranked Olin Edirne and 10th ranked Turk Telekom had identical 4-6 record. But Turk Telekom was not able to use a home court advantage and lost to the opponent from Edirne 80-72. Turk Telekom was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. The former international point guard Kerem Tunceri (191-79) came up with 11 points and 9 assists and Croatian center Luksa Andric (208-85, agency: Beo Basket) added 15 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Turk Telekom in the defeat. Olin Edirne (5-6) moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Besiktas and Tofas. Turk Telekom lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the eleventh position with seven games lost. Olin Edirne's next round opponent will be league's leader Banvit BK in Balikesir and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Turk Telekom will play on the road against Mersin (#12) in Akdeniz and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
