The game between twelfth ranked Final Genclik (8-7) and 10th ranked Antalya (8-8) in Bursa on Friday ended with biggest points difference. Final Genclik outscored guests from Antalya 88-61. The game was mostly controlled by Final Genclik. Antalya was better in third quarter 23-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Final Genclik shot the lights out from three sinking 12 long-distance shots on high 63.2 percentage. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Final Genclik made 8 blocks. American players dominated the game. Guard Henry Antwan Dobie (183-78, college: LIU Brooklyn) replied with 14 points and 8 assists and forward Damien Kinloch (203-80, college: Tenn Tech) added 12 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Antalya. Four Antalya players scored in double figures. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Final Genclik moved-up to eleventh place. Loser Antalya dropped to the twelfth position with eight games lost. Final Genclik will face higher ranked Pamukkale (#10) on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Antalya will play against Pertevniyal and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
