Very predictable result when fifth ranked Litija (7-5) rolled over at home 10th ranked Postojna (4-8) 88-55 on Saturday. The game without a history. Litija led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Litija outrebounded Postojna 34-23 including a 25-14 advantage in defensive rebounds. They shot the lights out from three sinking 15 long-distance shots on high 53.6 percentage. The winners were led by guard Matevz Dobravec (192-93) who scored that evening 23 points and forward Nebojsa Cukovic (202-86) supported him with 11 points and 9 rebounds. Five Litija players scored in double figures. Litija's coach Dzemo Ibisi felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Even 19 points and 6 rebounds by forward Alen Katonar (200-92) did not help to save the game for Postojna. Forward Gasper Jordan Rojko (200-96) added 11 points and 7 rebounds. Litija have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Lastovka. Postojna lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the eleventh position with eight games lost. Litija will meet bottom-ranked Koper (#14) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Postojna will play against Terme Olimia and hope to secure a win.
