His fellow American import Romeo Travis (201-84, college: Akron) contributed with 24 points and 5 rebounds (on 11-of-13 shooting from the field) for the winners. Center Sergiy Zagreba (214-94) answered with 17 points (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) and international Olexandr Mishula (192-92) added 8 points and 10 assists in the effort for Dnipro. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Khimik maintains first place with 12-2 record. Dnipro lost fifth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 13 games lost. Khimik will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Dnipro will play on the road against BC Odessa (#3) and is hoping to prove to their supporters that they can break losing series.
