Regular Season Round 12: Osnabruck - Chemnitz 60-86

The game with biggest result difference took place in Osnabruck. Local Osnabruck (4-8) was outscored by third ranked ChemCats Chemnitz (8-4) 86-60. It looked good early as Osnabruck took an 1-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then ChemCats Chemnitz had a 24-7 second period charge getting the lead and Osnabruck was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 60-86. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. ChemCats Chemnitz moved-up to second place, which they share with Rhein MB. Osnabruck lost fifth consecutive game. They dropped to the tenth position with eight games lost. ChemCats Chemnitz's next round opponent will be Donau-Ries (#9) in Noerdlingen and are hoping to win another game. Osnabruck will play on the road against Oberhausen and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
