Regular Season Round 15: Pulsar - NEMO Odessa 73-94

No shocking result in a game when eleventh ranked NEMO Odessa (4-6) crushed 15th ranked BC-93 Pulsar (1-9) in Rovno 94-73. The game was mostly controlled by NEMO Odessa. BC-93 Pulsar was better in third quarter 23-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. NEMO Odessa dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to BC-93 Pulsar's 42. NEMO Odessa forced 19 BC-93 Pulsar turnovers and outrebounded them 42-31 including 28 on the defensive glass. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. The best player for the winners was forward Oleksandr Gudkov (204-90) who had a double-double by scoring 19 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. Guard Nikita Naiko (193-92) chipped in 16 points, 5 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 steals. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Andrei Artimovic (202-85) who recorded 15 points and 7 rebounds and guard Andrey Prystupa (186-94) added 13 points respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. NEMO Odessa moved-up to tenth place. BC-93 Pulsar lost their ninth game in a row. They keep the fifteenth position with nine games lost. NEMO Odessa's next round opponent will be Mykolaiv-2 (#13) at home. BC-93 Pulsar will play against BK Kremen in Kremenchuk and hope to win that game.
