Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both eleventh ranked Oberhausen and 10th ranked Osnabruck had identical 4-8 record. This time Oberhausen used a home court advantage and rolled over the opponent from Osnabruck 78-57 on Friday night. The hosts trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 15-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 78-57. Oberhausen (5-8) moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Donau-Ries and Freiburg. Osnabruck lost their sixth game in a row. They dropped to the eleventh position with nine games lost. Oberhausen will meet Donau-Ries (#10) in the next round. Osnabruck will play against Don Bosco Bamberg and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
