Very important is a road loss of third ranked Plama Pur (10-3) against sixth ranked Crnomelj (7-6) on Saturday night. Visiting Plama Pur was defeated by Crnomelj in Crnomelj 77-67. The game was mostly controlled by Crnomelj. Plama Pur was better in third quarter 16-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 17-of-22 charity shots (77.3 percent) during the game. Power forward Anze Cerkovnik (200-86) nailed a double-double by scoring 24 points and 12 rebounds for the winning side and guard Peter Grdesic (188-86) accounted for 15 points and 5 rebounds. Power forward Adin Kavgic (193-87) came up with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds and point guard Uros Kuret (186-89) added 17 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Plama Pur in the defeat. Four Plama Pur players scored in double figures. Crnomelj have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Litija. Plama Pur at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the third position with three games lost. Crnomelj will play against Krka II (#7) in Novo Mesto in the next round. Plama Pur will play on the road against Elektro Gorenjska (#10) in Kranj and hopes to get back on the winning track.
