Regular Season Round 15: Stevnsgade - SISU 50-67

Dameligaen top team - SISU (14-1) had no problems winning another game. This time they beat fifth ranked Stevnsgade (8-7) 67-50. The game was mostly controlled by SISU. Stevnsgade was better in fourth quarter 19-8. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. SISU dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Stevnsgade's 34. It was a great evening for guard Camilla Blands (180-85, college: Alabama) who led her team to a victory scoring 15 points and 6 rebounds. Forward Tea Jorgensen (177-87) helped adding 13 points and 4 assists. Four SISU players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American forward Julie Forster (185-91, college: Albany) with 9 points and 18 rebounds and the other American import swingman Sarah Eichler (182-91, college: Green Bay) scored 10 points. SISU have a solid series of four victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 14-1 record. Stevnsgade lost third consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the fifth position with seven games lost. They share it with Aabyhoj. SISU will play against Lemvig (#4) on the road in the next round. Stevnsgade will have a break next round.
