Guard Brittany Kennedy (170, college: Florida Gulf Coast) came up with 21 points and 6 rebounds and swingman Kayla Tetschlag (182-89, college: Green Bay) added 14 points and 8 rebounds respectively for TV Saarlouis Royals in the defeat. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Rhein Main Baskets. They maintain second place with 11-4 record having just three points less than leader Wasserburg. Newly promoted TV Saarlouis Royals dropped to the seventh position with eight games lost. Rhein Main Baskets' next round opponent will be bottom-ranked Osnabruck (#12) on the road and are hoping to win another game. TV Saarlouis Royals will play against Herner TC (#4) and hope to win that game.
