Regular Season Round 20: BK Kyiv-Vovcha - BK Kremen 72-90

Bottom-ranked Kyiv-Vovcha zgraya (0-16) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 90-72 loss to twelfth ranked BK Kremen (4-10) in Kyiv. The game without a history. BK Kremen led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. BK Kremen outrebounded Kyiv-Vovcha zgraya 42-30 including a 30-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. The winners were led by center Gleb Glebov (208-82) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 30 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Volodimir Furman (201-89) supported him with 10 points and 10 rebounds. Four BK Kremen players scored in double figures. BK Kremen's coach Andriy Kondrashov allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even a double-double of 21 points and 10 rebounds by center Andriy Kharchynskiy (203-95) did not help to save the game for Kyiv-Vovcha zgraya. Swingman Pavel Lebedintsev (196-96) added 19 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals for the hosts. BK Kremen maintains twelfth position with 4-10 record. Newly promoted Kyiv-Vovcha zgraya still closes the standings.
