Very important is a road loss of third ranked USC Leipzig (10-9) against fifth ranked Licher Baeren (10-9) on Saturday night. Visiting USC Leipzig was crushed by Licher Baeren in Lich 101-81. Five Licher Baeren and four USC Leipzig players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Licher Baeren moved-up to third place in Group South, which they share with 3 other teams including defeated USC Leipzig. USC Leipzig lost their third game in a row. Licher Baeren will play against TV 1862 Langen (#8) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game.
