Very important is a road loss of third ranked Delikatesas (20-8) against seventh ranked Silute (14-12) on Saturday night. Visiting Delikatesas was defeated by Silute in Silute 80-69. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Delikatesas. Delikatesas was ahead by 2 points at the halftime before a 48-35 second half run of Silute. Guard Evaldas Saulys (196-93) notched 22 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and center Edgaras Sosnovskis (205-91) supported him with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Five Silute players scored in double figures. Even 12 points by swingman Zilvinas Petraitis (194-88) did not help to save the game for Delikatesas. Forward Edvinas Vaupsas (201-91) added 8 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Delikatesas' coach Robertas Stankevicius rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Silute have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain seventh position with 14-12 record. Delikatesas at the other side dropped to the second place with eight games lost.
