The game between third ranked CSM Targoviste (15-3) and 11th ranked Rapid (5-14) in Targoviste ended with biggest points difference. CSM Targoviste outscored guests from Bucuresti 99-51. The game without a history. CSM Targoviste led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. At the losing side the former international guard Florina Diaconu (170-82) responded with 24 points and swingman Ana Cuatu (178-92) scored 5 points. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. CSM Targoviste have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain third place with 15-3 record having four points less than leader ICIM Arad. Rapid lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the eleventh position with 14 games lost. CSM Targoviste will play against Satu Mare (#7) on the road in the next round. Rapid will play against Oradea (#10) in Oradea and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
