This time Vestel used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Akhisar 78-73 on Saturday night. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. Four Akhisar Bld players scored in double figures. Vestel (14-7) moved-up to third place, which they share with Istanbul B.B. and Ankara DSI Era. Loser Akhisar Bld dropped to the sixth position with eight games lost. Vestel will face Gelism (#8) in Izmir in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Akhisar Bld will play at home against Buyukcekmece and hope to win that game.
