Superleague round 20 caused change at the leadership position. Third defeat of league's leader BC Donetsk (15-3) against second ranked Khimik (15-2) 97-76 was the most important game of the last round. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of BC Donetsk. It was a key game for the top position in the league. The game was mostly controlled by Khimik. BC Donetsk managed to win third quarter 23-22. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 23-of-27 free shots (85.2 percent) during the game. Khimik looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by BC Donetsk's players. 24 personal fouls committed by BC Donetsk helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities.
