BBL top team - Bayern Muenchen (20-2) added another victory to their record on Sunday. This time they beat eighteenth ranked Walter Tigers (4-18) in Tuebingen 78-70. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Walter Tigers won third quarter 22-15. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Bayern Muenchen made 27-of-30 free shots (90.0 percent) during the game, while Walter Tigers only scored ten points from the stripe. They outrebounded Walter Tigers 42-29 including 28 on the defensive glass. 25 personal fouls committed by Walter Tigers helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Americans were the main players on the court. Bryce Taylor (193-86) scored 20 points and 5 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and center John Bryant (208-87, college: Santa Clara) chipped in 14 points and 9 rebounds during the contest.
