Very expected game in Istanbul where 11th ranked Trabzonspor (7-12) was defeated by fourth ranked Anadolu Efes (14-5) 91-79. Anadolu Efes outrebounded Trabzonspor 39-28 including 31 on the defensive glass. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. 32 personal fouls committed by Trabzonspor helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a very good performance for international Kerem Gonlum (208-77) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points and 13 rebounds.
