A very close game took place in Bijeljina between Radnik B. and Kakanj. Ninth ranked Radnik B. (8-10) got a very close home victory over 10th ranked Kakanj (6-11). Radnik B. managed to escape with a 2-point win 74-72 on Saturday evening. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Kakanj. Kakanj was trailing by 1 point at halftime but managed to get 3-point lead after three quarters before a 22-17 charge of Radnik B., which allowed them to win the game. Radnik B. had a 14-2 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was guard Vladimir Radovanovic (191-81) who scored 21 points and 6 assists. Serbian swingman Bogdan Riznic (202-90) chipped in 13 points and 8 rebounds. Four Radnik B. players scored in double figures. Radnik B.'s coach Bogdan Stanojevic allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. At the other side the best for losing team was Croatian swingman Zeljko Palavra (195-82) who recorded 35 points (!!!) and Croatian swingman Luka Drezga (196-87, agency: XL Basketball Agency) added 19 points respectively. Radnik B. moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Leotar and Bosna. Loser Kakanj keeps the tenth position with 11 games lost. They share it with Posusje. Radnik B. will meet Leotar (#8) in the next round. Kakanj will play against Capljina Lasta and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
