It was an exceptional evening for American forward Kellindra Zackery (182-88, college: Newman) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 28 points and 10 rebounds (on 13-of-17 shooting from the field). The former international Margret Skuballa (186-87) accounted for 18 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side. New Caledonian forward Soana Lucet (186-87, college: Arizona) came up with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds and American swingman Brooque Williams (175-89, college: California, PA) added 13 points respectively for Eisvogel Freiburg in the defeat. BC Pharmaserv Marburg moved-up to third place, which they share with Halle and Herner. Eisvogel Freiburg lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the ninth position with 12 games lost. They share it with Donau-Ries. BC Pharmaserv Marburg will meet at home league's second-placed Rhein Main Baskets in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Eisvogel Freiburg will play against Herner TC (#3) and hope to secure a win.
