Second Stage Round 4: Amager - SISU 74-48

An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Kastrup. Top-ranked Amager faced their biggest opponent SISU. Host Amager (4-0) smashed guests from Copenhagen (2-2) 74-48. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of SISU. The game without a history. Amager led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They also forced 19 SISU turnovers. Amager looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Swingman Catharina Jensen (183-89) fired 19 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Forward Maria Dinesen (170-90) chipped in 6 points, 12 rebounds and 9 assists. Amager's coach Todd Anthony felt very confident using 11 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Swingman Katrine Dyszkant (183-86) produced 8 points and 6 rebounds and guard Camilla Blands (180-85, college: Alabama) added 11 points respectively for lost side. Amager have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 4-0 record. Defending champion SISU keeps the second place with two games lost. Amager will face again league's second-placed SISU in Copenhagen in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week.
