Twelfth-ranked Don Bosco Bamberg (5-15) gave a tough game to sixth ranked ChemCats Chemnitz (11-9) on Sunday. ChemCats Chemnitz managed to secure only seven-point victory 92-85. However their fans expected much easier game. The hosts trailed by 7 points after three quarters before their 26-19 charge, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time and get a 7-point victory in overtime. ChemCats Chemnitz made 31-of-35 free shots (88.6 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was American forward Candace Williams (184-88, college: New Hampshire) who had a double-double by scoring 17 points and 15 rebounds.
