Leader Rotenburg/Scheessel delivered the eighteenth victory on Sunday night. This time they beat 9th ranked Krofdorf/Gleib. (8-13) 81-65 in Giessen. The guests trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 14-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 81-65. American guard Janae Young (183-87, college: Pacific) stepped up and scored 34 points (!!!) for the winners and her fellow American import power forward Kierra Mallard (190-90, college: Texas Tech) chipped in 15 points and 16 rebounds.
