Regular Season Round 21: BG 74 Veilchen - Neuss 55-39

No shocking result in a game in Goettingen where sixth ranked BG 74 Veilchen (12-9) defeated 10th ranked TG Neuss (7-14) 55-39 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by BG 74 Veilchen. TG Neuss was better in fourth quarter 11-10. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding TG Neuss to just 7 points in first quarter. BG 74 Veilchen will face league's second-placed Hannover on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. TG Neuss will play against Wolfpack Wolfenbuettel (#7) and hope to win that game.
