There was no surprise when 5th ranked BG 74 Veilchen (12-10) was outleveled on the road by second ranked Hannover (15-7) 86-65 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 3 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 2-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 86-65. Hannover made 39-of-47 free shots (83.0 percent) during the game, while BG 74 Veilchen only scored fifteen points from the stripe.
