Rather predictable result when eighth ranked TV Saarlouis Royals (10-12) rolled over at home bottom-ranked Don Bosco Bamberg (5-17) 95-66 on Saturday. TV Saarlouis Royals made 23-of-27 free shots (85.2 percent) during the game. TV Saarlouis Royals outrebounded Don Bosco Bamberg 52-20 including a 40-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of American swingman Kayla Tetschlag (182-89, college: Green Bay, agency: LBM Management) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 14 points and 18 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). The other American import forward Keisha Hampton (187-90, college: De Paul, agency: LBM Management) contributed with 19 points and 6 rebounds (made all of her nine free throws !!!) for the winners. Four TV Saarlouis Royals players scored in double figures. TV Saarlouis Royals' coach Rene Spandauw felt very confident using 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American point guard Taleya Mayberry (167-91, college: Tulsa) replied with 23 points and 5 steals and Bulgarian forward Radoslava Bachvarova (183-87, college: VCU) added 8 points in the effort for Don Bosco Bamberg. Newly promoted TV Saarlouis Royals maintains eighth position with 10-12 record. Don Bosco Bamberg lost fifth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom place with 17 games lost.
