Regular Season Round 26: BC Kyiv - BC Odessa 96-56

The most important game in the last round took place in Kyiv between third ranked BC Odessa (16-9) and tenth ranked BC Kyiv (11-14) on Sunday night. BC Odessa was crushed by BC Kyiv on the road 96-56. The game was mostly controlled by BC Kyiv. BC Odessa managed to win fourth quarter 21-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded BC Odessa 44-30 including a 36-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. The former international point guard Klym Artamonov (186-93) produced 11 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists and swingman Denis Noskov (202-90) added 12 points and 6 rebounds respectively for the guests. BC Kyiv moved-up to ninth place. BC Odessa at the other side keeps the third position with nine games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
