No shocking result in a game when ninth ranked Mitteldeutscher BC (14-13) beat 13th ranked New Yorker Phantoms (10-17) in Braunschweig 76-72 on Sunday. The guests trailed by 2 points after three quarters before their 25-19 charge, which allowed them to win the game. It was a good game for American guard Michael Cuffee (195-83, college: Middle Tenn.St.) who led his team to a victory with 17 points and 5 rebounds. Serbian forward Djordje Pantelic (204-84) contributed with 10 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. American guard Immanuel McElroy (194-80, college: Cincinnati) answered with 18 points and 6 rebounds (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) and Canadian-Dutch forward Aaron Doornekamp (201-85, agency: Interperformances) added 14 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for New Yorker Phantoms.
