Regular Season Round 27: BC Donetsk - Halychyna 79-77

Seventh-ranked Halychyna (12-12) was very close to win a game against second ranked BC Donetsk (17-6) on Tuesday. BC Donetsk managed to secure only two-point victory 79-77. However their fans expected much easier game. Halychyna was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. BC Donetsk looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when BC Donetsk made 7 blocks. It was a good game for international power forward Maxym Korniyenko (204-87, agency: Beo Basket) who led his team to a victory with 29 points, 7 rebounds and 4 blocks.
