No shocking result in a game in Paderborn where eighth ranked Oettinger Rockets Gotha (16-13) defeated 12th ranked Finke Baskets (10-19) 88-80 on Friday. Finke Baskets trailed by 14 points at halftime and as many as 18 after three quarters before a 34-24 last quarter charge cut the deficit to 80-88 at the end of the game. Oettinger Rockets Gotha shot 61.5 percent from the field. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The best player for the winners was American point guard Gary Johnson (188-82, college: Cent.Florida) who had a double-double by scoring 11 points, 6 rebounds and 15 assists.
