Eleventh-ranked Trabzonspor (10-14) used its home court advantage to challenge first ranked Banvit BK (23-1) on Saturday. The visitors from Balikesir managed to secure only one-point victory 86-85. However their fans expected much easier game. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Trabzonspor.
