Very important is a road loss of third ranked Yakin Dogu (3-3) against fourth ranked Bursa BSB (3-3) on Saturday night. Visiting Yakin Dogu was defeated by Bursa BSB in Bursa 72-62. The game without a history. Bursa BSB led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Bursa BSB forced 20 Yakin Dogu turnovers. The best player for the winners was American forward Alyssia Brewer (190-90, college: UCLA) who had a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds. Arzu Akay (186-76) chipped in 17 points and 5 rebounds. Four Bursa BSB players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was Nigerian center Aisha Mohammed (191-85, college: Virginia) who recorded a double-double by scoring 30 points and 13 rebounds and Havva Arabaccoglu (-98) added 12 points and 5 rebounds respectively. Bursa BSB moved-up to third place in Group E, which they share with defeated Yakin Dogu. Bursa BSB will meet league's leader Cankaya in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Yakin Dogu will play against Gure and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
