The game between ninth ranked ETB Wohnbau (16-14) and 13th ranked Bayer Giants (9-21) in Essen on Sunday ended with biggest points difference. ETB Wohnbau outscored guests from Leverkusen 101-71. The game without a history. ETB Wohnbau led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They shot the lights out from three sinking 15 long-distance shots on high 51.7 percentage. It was a good game for Canadian-Bosnian guard Diego Kapelan (190-87, college: McNeese St.) who led his team to a victory with 25 points and 8 rebounds. ETB Wohnbau have an impressive eight-game winning streak. They moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Heidelberg. Newly promoted Bayer Giants keep the thirteenth position with 21 games lost.
