Sojuz Zaretchny held off BK Tambov at home court to force the decider on Wednesday. BK Tambov was ahead by 13 points after three quarters before a 23-9 charge of Sojuz Zaretchny, which allowed them to win the game. Point guard Aleksandr Amelin (184-88) notched 14 points and 4 assists to lead the effort and Dmitriy Ezhov (207-91) supported him with 11 points and 5 rebounds. Sojuz Zaretchny's coach Aleksandr Drankov used entire bench in such tough game. Even 19 points and 9 rebounds by swingman Ivan Gavrilov (199-85) did not help to save the game for BK Tambov. Center Konstantin Mirzoyants (203-89) added 17 points and 10 rebounds for the guests.
