We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 17th ranked Walter Tigers (7-23) lost on the road to bottom-ranked SC Rasta Vechta (6-24) 106-99 on Thursday. The hosts trailed by 3 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 3-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 106-99. SC Rasta Vechta made 35-of-44 free shots (79.5 percent) during the game. It was a great shooting night for SC Rasta Vechta especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 57.9 percentage. It was a good game for American point guard William Conroy (187-82, college: Washington) who led his team to a victory with 15 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists. Walter Tigers at the other side keep the seventeenth place with 23 games lost. SC Rasta Vechta will face league's second-placed Brose Baskets in Bamberg in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.
